Roseann’s career of choice has been Real Estate Office Administration. Over the past 38 years, she has held several positions as Personal Administrative Assistant to Company CEOs of National Corporations. Scheduling access, appointments, travel arrangements, tracking projects and attending meetings world-wide.
Several of her positions have been with prominent Commercial/Residential Real Estate companies managing Sales and Management of their properties. Since moving from The Big Apple I brought that experience with me when I joined Village Maintenance as the Office Coordinator and Manager many years ago.
Roseann Guptill is responsible for the organization of all Client Information, Client Files, Correspondence, Proposals and Activity Reports.
