Oversee general accounting functions including AR/AP, account reconciliation.
Regularly interacts with office manager and business Owner concerning financial forecast and reports.
Works with managers, vendors to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial in support of overall business objectives.
Performs monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards.
Reviews and maintains files on agency vehicles e.g. insurance, registration and maintenance
Process payroll and acquires pertinent information for all employees and venders.
Manage banks account, payroll and tax document routing
Works directly with accountant to complete audits, gather tax information and resolve discrepancies
